Returns and Refunds

OUR RETURNS POLICY

All refunds and returns will be given at the discretion of the company management.

Any item that is faulty, damaged or soiled on delivery may be returned to us, and a new item will be sent in it's place. The shipping cost of returned items is the responsibility of the purchaser. The original shipping cost of returned items will not be refunded, unless the return is the result of our error.
Before sending any returns please contact us and we will issue you with a return note.

REFUNDS

We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from HomeToys.co.nz. We do not accept returns of:

* Any item that is not in its original condition (unless this is a result of shipping)
* Any Item that is damaged or soiled (unless this is a result of shipping)
* Any Item that is missing parts (unless this is a result of shipping).
* Any return which does not include the original invoice.
* Any item that is returned because of a change of mind.

Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for nonqualifying items and cannot return the items back to you.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the original shipping costs from your refund.

Should you return an order that was placed using a discount coupon, you will not be refunded for the amount of the discount as the discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

ORDERS LOST DURING SHIPPING

If you think your order may have been lost during delivery, please contact us and provide:
* Your order payment and/or receipt number.
* Your delivery tracking number (if you have been issued one).

We must then contact the delivery company to trace the order back through the system, so this may take a few days to process. If an item is recognized as lost or undelivered, the process of claiming for insurance must be followed, and this may take a couple of weeks to process, although in most cases we will deliver you replacement items straight away.

ORDERS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

If items of an order have been damaged during shipping, you must:
* Notify us by email, phone or fax within 2 days of delivery.
* Provide your invoice number or order number.

You should not return any damaged items to us until we have processed your claim and issued you with a return note.
