What Payment do you accept?
Currently we accept payment by internet banking, direct deposit or by mailing a cheque. We encourage the use of online banking transactions, as this is an easy and secure way of payment over the internet. Although we can also accept cheques or bank deposits, orders are not dispatched until payment is verified as recieved, or cheque is cleared.

How are Items Shipped?
We use either Fastways Couriers or ParcelPost for delivery in New Zealand. Parcelpost is only available on orders less than $250.

How Safe is Shipping?
Items are automatically insured up to $250 for Parcelpost and $1500 for Courier. If items are lost or damaged during shipping, we will replace them or issue a refund.

Do Prices Include or Exclude GST?
All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars and includes GST.
