 Delivery and Shipping Information
DELIVERY
We use either Courier delivery or ParcelPost for delivery in New Zealand. Parcelpost is only used on orders less than $250.
Standard Shipping
With the standard shipping option, we will use either Courierpost or Parcelpost delivery depending on the size and weight and value of the package. Parcelpost uses the reliability, stability and shared cost savings of the NZ Post network, so is often used as an easy delivery solution for smaller and less expensive items. Parcelpost automatically insures packages up to the value of $250. Often parcelpost packages will be left in the letterbox or in a secure place if someone isnt home at the time of delivery.
Signature Required Delivery
For customers that require a higher grade of delivery service, more guaranteed delivery and faster delivery, we have the option of upgrading your delivery to 'Signature Required Delivery'. For Signature Required Delivery we always use Courier (Courierpost is almost always used). Courier packages are automatically insured up to the value $1500. Deliveries are trackable over the internet, so it is easy to check the status of your order at anytime (HomeToys will email you a tracking number as soon as the order is dispatched from us)

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We do stock the majority of products displayed on the site, but occasionally products may be in transit or in rare cases, may need to be ordered in. If an item is in transit or needs to be ordered, and will delay several other items in the order, usually we will ship the items in stock, then ship the additional items when they arrive at no extra charge. Target shipping times are an estimatation of the delivery times for different regions in New Zealand, based on the history of deliveries from our shipping service provider. We cannot fully guarantee that your items will always reach their destination in the timeframes provided, and do not pay any compensation for any delay in shipping. The shipping times shown apply once payment has been confirmed, the order has been collated and packaged, and then dispatched.
