 About Us
HomeToys is a completely New Zealand based and owned company that was started up in 2002, with the idea of creating an e-commerce based outlet, selling X10 home automation gear at a very small margin to try and increase the user-base and recognition of Home Automation in New Zealand. The concept of 'toys for big kids' was expanded on, and we started to market gadgets, tech-toys, computer gear and other type things part-way through 2003.
We have tried to create a unique and easy shopping experience with the HomeToys site, and hope that you enjoy taking a look round the products. Everything we sell has been personally tested and recommended, and we are more than happy to discuss any other products that you might be interested in.
